Responsible for- supervisor of(مسئولا عن)

ex:tom smith is in charge of deliveries.

توم سميث هو المسئول عن التوصيلات.

:example

a: I'd like to speak to the person in charge of 

.customer service

a: اريد التحدث مع الشخص المسؤول عن خدمه العملاء.

b: He is in the charge of training new staff

b:هو مسؤول عن تدريب طاقم جديد.

Running short of time

Getting close to dead  line.

.الوقت ضيق /يقترب من الموعد النهائي

ex:we are running short of time.

.ينفذ منا الوقت

example:

a: "I have to work late tonight. I need to finish .a project, and I'm running short of time"

a: " يجب ان اعمل متاخرا الليله. على انهاء مشروع، وقد اقتربت من الموعد النهائي"

a: "I'd like to finish this meeting soon. Let's move on to the next point because we are running short of time."

b: "أود إنهاء هذا الاجتماع قريبًا. دعنا ننتقل إلى النقطة التالية لأن  الوقت ينفد."

يتحرك سريعاً

ex:we are late.let's get a move on!

لقد تأخرنا . لنتحرك سريعاً

example:

a:"The movie is going to start soon. Let's get a move on or we will be late"

. " الفيلم سيبدا قريبا. فلنذهب سريع و الا سنتأخر" :a

b: " we have to get a move on if we want to finish by Wednesday"

 " يجب ان نتحرك سريعا اذا اردنا الانتهاء يوم الاربعاء":b

(حرف الكاف من كوريا)That's K for Korea

say this to help people understand the  spelling of a word.

 .ex: Ann Kim is our accountant

.آنا كيم هي محاسبة الشركة

a:My name is Ann Kim

 أسمي آنا كيم :a

b: King?

كينج؟ :b

a:  No Kim. That's k for Korea, I for India, M for Mexico.

 .لا كيم . مثل الكاف بكوريا و الألف بالهند و ميم بمكسيك :a

example:

a: "What is your email address?"

 "ما هو بريدك الالكتروني؟":a

b:" it's alan76@hotmail.com. That's a for Africa, L for London, a for Africa, N for Norway, the number 76, at Hotmail .com."

b: " انها حرف الالف في افريقيا، وحرف اللام في لندن، و حرف الألف في أفريقيا ، و حرف النون بنورويج ، و الرقم 76 ، إلي آخر العنوان."

.هذا يستخدم غالبا عندما نجيب على الهاتف في العمل

.ex:Jenny Jones is our receptionist

جنى جونز هي موظفه الاستقبال لدينا

a: Good morning let's lighting how can I help you?

صباح الخير، كيف يمكنني مساعدتك؟

Example:
a: " good evening. ABC marketing. How can I help you"?

a: " مساء الخير. ABC للدعايه. كيف يمكنني مساعدتك؟"

b: " IMG computers. This is Mary speaking. How can I help you?"

" IMG للحواسيب. ماري تتحدث اليك. كيف يمكنني مساعدتك؟":b
